Refund Policy

Your 180snacks.com products come with a limited 15-day return/replacement policy. We do not issue refunds, however, we will work with you to make sure that you have a product free from any manufacturing defects.

If, within 15 days of us shipping your 180snacks.com product (not date of receipt), you notice a manufacturing defect, you may return the product and we will replace the defective product you purchased from us.

In order to qualify under the limited 15-day return/replacement policy and to receive your replacement part, you must:
(1) obtain a return-authorization number from us, and
(2) return the defective product(s) to us (you must pay for return shipping).


The limited 15-day return/replacement policy does not include return shipping fee, but we will cover the shipping to get the replacement part to you.

180snacks.com will not replace any items damaged during shipping - in which case, you should file a claim with the carrier.

Returns sent without a return authorization number will not be honored and will not qualify for the return/replacement policy.
