(“180snacks” or “we”)  does not allow minors to register on its website “180snacks.com” or to purchase any of its snack products.  By accepting these terms and conditions, you are representing and warranting 180 Snacks, Inc. that you are 18 years of age or older and that you are not purchasing any products on our website for minor individual/s.

Payment

You are responsible for any payments due for any products or services ordered through your account. If we do not receive payment from your credit issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due to us. You shall also be responsible for any costs of collection of overdue payment including, but not limited to attorney’s fees and costs.

Return Policy

Returns will be accepted only if return condition of ordered product(s) is / are met (Please refer to each ordered product's return policy in more detail at product page). 
A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped. 
If reason of the refund is our fault (damaged not in shipping, delivered wrong product(s)), a full refund will be made upon receiveing the merchandise.  The refund will not  include any shipping fee (both initial shipping and return shipping).  There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.

Orders that are paid for with a credit card and returned will be assessed a $3.00 processing fee. 
You must obtain a return authorization  number from us on any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.

We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees unless cause of return is fault or damaged not in shipping. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

Governing Law/California Jurisdiction

THIS AGREEMENT (i.e. Terms of Use) SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND INTERPRETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, U.S.A. CUSTOMER, BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT, CONSENTS AND AGREES TO EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, U.S.A.

180snacks may, without incurring any liability to the Customer, terminate access by such Customer, or suspend any Customer's access to all or part of 180snacks.com Website, without notice, for any conduct that 180snacks, in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of any applicable law or this Agreement, or is harmful to the interests of  another user, a third-party, a merchant, a sponsor, a licensor, a service provider, or 180snacks.

Product Orders

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES LISTED ON THE SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. The listing, description of, or reference to, a product or service on the Site does not imply that the product or service is presently available or that we endorse that product or service. In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, error in pricing information received from a supplier, or any other reason, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such product or service at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Backorders (Out of Stock Items)

Backordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. In most cases, these items are on order from our manufacturing facilities or suppliers. In some cases, we are researching or waiting for stock information from one or more of our suppliers. 

180snacks will make every effort to get the item(s) back in stock as soon as possible. If for any reason we determine that a backordered item is no longer available, we will cancel the item from your order and notify you via email and refund any charged made against your account. 

Amendment of the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use without notice to you from time to time. If we decide to change these Terms of Use we will post those changes here. We encourage you to visit this section of our Site regularly in order to remain informed of any changes. Any such amendment shall be effective once the revised terms have been posted on the Site.
